Our warranty provides a 2 year fit and finish protection covering the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems in your home. We also provide a 10 year structural warranty. All manufacturer warranties are transferable. In addition, we insure all our homes against defects of any kind through the Bonded Builders Warranty Company. Verde Builders Custom Homes® believes in exemplary customer service. We believe in providing a good home owner experience once the build process is complete.
